When you submit our consultation form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, approximate revenue band, marketplace, ASINs you choose to share, and the commercial context of your enquiry. We use this solely to prepare for and respond to your enquiry — including our first-step promise of reviewing your public catalogue before a consultation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.
Form submissions are delivered to us via FormSubmit; scheduling is handled by Calendly; email is processed by our email provider. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated decision-making.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months, or for the duration of an engagement plus statutory record-keeping periods. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing — email us and we will act within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
